The company offers online doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, delivery of medicines, professional home-care services (like nursing and physiotherapy). The services can be availed via a phone or a website. The healthcare service has partnered with 91 hospitals, 94 diagnostic centers, 70 doctors and with a total workforce of over 1,350 health workers.

As of 2017, the company executes around 1200-1400 customer orders a day, spread across 11 cities of India. The company launched its healthcare lounge at Phoenix Avance SEZ Gachibowli. The lounge was inaugurated in 2017 by Phoenix Group Chairman, Suresh Chukkapalli, Hari Thalapalli, CEO of CallHealth and Telugu actors Akkineni Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni. It provides customised healthcare solutions to individuals. The company also launched CallHealth Nigeria services for the Nigerian patients seeking medical attention in India.

‘CallHealth Not Yamraj initiative’ was launched in association with Radio Mirchi and supported by Tollywood Director, Shekar Kammula. The aim of the initiative is to raise awareness among working professionals against the adverse impact of smoking, especially on cardiac, pulmonary and neurological systems. More than 50 corporates – Polaris, Cyient, Virtusa, Value Labs, to name a few have come forward and agreed to join hands with CallHealth for triggering the much required health movement.

The company organised a two-day health camp, ‘Good Health Drive’. The camp was conducted at Kasu Brahmananda Reddy (KBR) National Park in Jubilee Hills, Indira Park and Botanical Garden.

The company was started with an initial investment of INR 60 crores by Sandhya Raju. Now, the company raised INR 230 crores from its business network and the family and friends of the promoters. The company also received 2016 TiE50 Winner award from TiE, Silicon Valley.
